For every operating philosophy, the right device can be found within the 170 series. Siemens offers innovated successors for all of the series 170 Panels, you can choose among 4" to 7" panels from the families of Basic or Comfort Panels operated by touch screen or keyboard or a combination of both.

 Universal entry-level device for standard requirements with touchscreen operation and 5.7 inch STN display in two variations. The price-optimized TP 177B DP monochrome features a blue-mode display and a PROFIBUS DP interface.The TP 177B PN/DP color offers a 256 color display as well as an additional PROFINET-enabled Ethernet interface
The TP 177B is available as monochrome device with 4 blue levels or as color model with 256 colors. The user memory of 2 MB can be expanded further via MultiMedia card, e.g., for recipes. The alarm buffer is preserved even if the device is turned off. As color model, the TP 177B possesses a PROFINET-enabled Ethernet interface.
